TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SIGNING SUBSCRIPTIONS

The parties to this instrument are, on the one hand, YUMMY ESTUDIOS LTDA, a legally constituted company, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 1471 - Conj 511 Sala Comercial 02, Bela Vista - São Paulo/SP, registered with the CNPJ under number 46.904.276/0001-03, hereinafter simply identified as YUMMY ESTUDIOS and, on the other hand, the individual or legal entity identified in the Electronic Registration by its Subscriber Code, hereinafter simply identified as SUBSCRIBER,

1. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purpose of this instrument is to establish the terms and conditions of the contract entered into between YUMMY ESTUDIOS and the SUBSCRIBER for access to the digital services contracted by the latter ("Products/Services"), through the online platform.

1.1 Complete information is available to the SUBSCRIBER on the website [https://www.yummyestudio.com].

2. SUBSCRIPTION CODE

YUMMY ESTUDIOS will grant the SUBSCRIBER a "Subscriber Code" for identification with Customer Service, consisting of 8 (eight) digits, personal and non-transferable. The SUBSCRIBER will receive this code after confirmation of the order.

3. DELIVERY/VALIDITY

The provision of the Products/Services will begin immediately after confirmation of payment.

3.1 For full access, the SUBSCRIBER must correctly provide:
a) Valid email
b) Updated payment details
c) Express acceptance of these Terms

4. HIRING, PRICES AND PAYMENT

The SUBSCRIBER will be contracted exclusively through the website [https://www.yummyestudio.com], which will list all available Subscription Plans.

4.1 The SUBSCRIBER will choose the desired Plan, whose specific conditions (Values, Deadlines and Payment Methods) will be included in these Terms.

4.2 The SUBSCRIBER declares:

To have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

To fully accept these Terms by clicking on the specific field

4.3 Payment will be made through the methods available on the website, with frequency according to the chosen plan.

5. DATA PROTECTION

THE SUBSCRIBER is part of the YUMMY ESTUDIOS database, which guarantees:
a) Absolute confidentiality of information under PCI DSS security standards
b) Exclusive use for providing contracted services
c) Right to object to communications via [contato@yummyestudio.com]

6. SUBSCRIBER SERVICE

YUMMY ESTUDIOS provides:

7. VALIDITY AND RENEWAL

This instrument will be valid for an initial period of 1 (one) month, automatically renewable for equal periods.

7.1 YUMMY ESTUDIOS will notify the SUBSCRIBER at least 30 days in advance of renewals.

7.2 Failure to cancel up to 48 hours before the due date implies tacit acceptance of the renewal.

8. CANCELLATION

THE SUBSCRIBER may cancel at any time through:
a) Subscriber area on the website
b) Request via email to [contato@yummyestudio.com]
c) Only the days used will be charged proportionally

9. TERMINATION

YUMMY ESTUDIOS may immediately terminate the subscription in the following cases:
a) Default after 5 days of notification
b) Violation of the Terms of Use
c) Fraudulent activities

10. CONTRACTUAL CHANGES

Changes that generate financial burden will be communicated in advance, and the SUBSCRIBER is responsible for:
a) Expressly accepting
b) Refusing and terminating without penalty
c) Negotiating adjustments

11. JURISDICTION

The Central Court of the District of São Paulo/SP is elected for matters arising from this instrument, to the exclusion of any other.
